Role & Responsibilities

  • Appearance before courts in Delhi, such as District Courts, NCLT, DRT, and High Court.
  • Drafting Skills: plaints, written statements, counter-claims, writ petitions, legal notices, reply to legal notice, basic agreement drafting skills.
  • Research Skills: knowledge and hands-on experience to use legal search engines.
  • Interns at litigation practices in India are commonly involved in drafting, case research, and courtroom attendance.
  • Exposure to tribunals like NCLT and DRT is particularly valuable for those pursuing insolvency or banking practice.

Eligibility

  • Fresher: 0 PQE
  • Experience: 2 PQE
  • Drafting Skills: plaints, written statements, counter-claims, writ petitions, legal notices, reply to legal notice, basic agreement drafting skills.
  • Research Skills: knowledge and hands-on experience to use legal search engines.

This role is best suited for law students in their 3rd/4th/5th year pursuing a career in dispute resolution or commercial litigation.
