Key responsibilities:

Day-to-day:

- Launch and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns in HeyReach
- Monitor campaign performance daily (accept rates, reply rates, meetings)
- Write and test outreach message variations
- Respond to positive replies and hand off warm leads to clients
- Update campaign trackers and report metrics in Slack

Bi-weekly:

- Launch 1 new campaign per client every 2 weeks
- Analyze underperforming campaigns and implement fixes
- Join brief sync calls with clients (async-first, but some calls)
- Document what's working in our campaign playbook

Monthly:

- Generate 20+ qualified meetings per client
- Maintain 30%+ connection accept rate and 15%+ response rate
- Hit 5% meeting conversion (5 meetings per 100 leads)
- Propose optimizations based on A/B test results
