Key Account Manager(Meesho)

Position: Key Account Manager – Meesho Department: E-commerce Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Meesho to manage and grow our business on the Meesho marketplace. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meesho account management, sales growth, marketplace operations, advertising, cataloguing, and account performance.

Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete Meesho account and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor key business metrics including GMV, orders, conversion rate, traffic, returns, cancellations, and profitability.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Meesho Ads to improve visibility, sales, and ROAS.
  • Manage product cataloguing, listings, pricing, content, images, and product visibility.
  • Identify top-performing and underperforming SKUs and implement strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and execute offers, promotions, deals, and sale campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product assortment, promotions, and market trends.
  • Ensure adequate inventory availability and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Track and resolve marketplace-related issues such as orders, returns, cancellations, payments, penalties, and account health.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, operations, finance, marketing, and customer support.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Meesho account/category team.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales, improve margins, and grow the overall Meesho business.

Required Skills & Qualifications - 2–5 years of relevant experience in Meesho or marketplace account management.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meesho Seller Panel and marketplace operations.
  • Experience managing Meesho Ads and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of GMV, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, returns, cancellations, and profitability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience with a D2C/e-commerce brand will be preferred.
