About the Company:

Retailverse Technologies private limited operates in the quick commerce industry, helping businesses and customers participate in a fast-moving digital retail ecosystem. The company is seeking a motivated Key Account Management Intern to support marketplace and partner relationships from its Gurgaon office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of key merchant, brand, and partner accounts across quick commerce channels.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, operations, supply, and category teams to resolve account-related requirements.
  • Track account performance, orders, availability, assortment, and promotional activities using spreadsheets and internal dashboards.
  • Prepare regular reports, identify trends, and highlight opportunities to improve partner growth and service quality.
  • Assist with partner communication, meeting follow-ups, issue tracking, and timely execution of agreed action items.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in key account management, partner success, business operations, or quick commerce.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with a structured, dependable working style.
  • Comfort with data, spreadsheets, follow-ups, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work full-time from the Gurgaon office and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience is not mandatory; candidates who demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and commercial curiosity are encouraged to apply.

This is a paid, full-time internship for 6 months, offering a monthly stipend of ₹20,000. The intern will gain practical exposure to partner management, retail operations, performance tracking, and the execution of quick commerce initiatives.
