Junior Media & Public Relations (PR) Associate - Fresher (WFH)


About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement integrated public relations and marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
4. Draft press releases, organize press conferences, and manage media inquiries
5. Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including press releases, social media, website, and marketing collateral

6. Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement
7. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics
8. Plan and coordinate events, product launches, and promotional activities to maximize brand exposure
9. Manage logistics, invitations, and post-event evaluations
10. Safeguard and enhance the company's brand reputation through consistent messaging and positive interactions
11. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats
12. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth
13. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns
14. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
15. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives
16. Prepare regular reports on the performance of PR and marketing activities
17. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
