About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate confidently and professionally with existing and prospective customers.
2. Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
3. Identify potential business opportunities and initiate meaningful conversations with prospects.
4. Support B2B lead generation and business development activities, particularly through LinkedIn.
5. Assist in developing and executing digital marketing and customer outreach campaigns.
6. Research prospective companies, decision-makers, markets, and business opportunities.
7. Follow up consistently with prospects and help move opportunities through the business development process.
8. Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
9. Use CRM systems such as HubSpot for lead and prospect management.
10. Use modern AI tools for research, content preparation, prospecting, productivity, and marketing.
11. Understand when human communication, judgment, and relationship-building are essential.
12. Learn from training and feedback and quickly apply that learning to achieve measurable performance.
