Junior HR Executive - Internship


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment & Hiring: Assist with sourcing candidates, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment pipeline.
2. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, induction, employee orientation, and onboarding activities.
3. Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, attendance data, leave records, and other HR documentation.
4. Attendance & Leave Management: Track employee attendance, leave, late arrivals, work-from-home requests, and maintain regular attendance reports.
5. Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave, and salary-related data, and coordinating with the accounts/payroll team.
6. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement activities, team events, celebrations, feedback initiatives, and internal communications.
7. HR Policies: Assist in implementing company HR policies and ensure employees are aware of and follow organizational guidelines.
8. Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, appraisal cycles, goal tracking, and maintaining performance-related records.
9. Employee Relations: Address basic employee queries and concerns and escalate sensitive or complex issues to senior HR management.
10. Exit & Offboarding: Coordinate resignation formalities, exit interviews, clearance processes, documentation, and full-and-final settlement coordination.
11. HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports related to hiring, attendance, attrition, employee strength, leave, and other HR metrics.
12. Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining HR compliance, statutory documentation, and company records as required.
13. HR Operations: Handle day-to-day administrative and operational HR activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Stipend:
