This role will support the creation of visual assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and producing engaging designs that reflect the brand's luxury identity. The ideal candidate has a refined design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.</em></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Design & Creativity</strong></p><p>·      Develop marketing materials including look books, catalogues, brochures, and in-store visuals.</p><p>·      Create sophisticated digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website content.</p><p>·      Design event-related creatives such as product cards, invitations (print and digital), and advertising collateral that embody the brand's luxury positioning.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Brand & Storytelling</strong></p><p>·      Uphold the brand's visual identity with meticulous attention to typography, color, and layout.</p><p>·      Contribute to storytelling through visuals that highlight heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Production & File Management</strong></p><p>·      Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files that meet technical specifications.</p><p>·      Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints in line with brand guidelines.</p><p>·      Organize and maintain a structured repository of assets with clear version control.</p><p>·      Liaise with vendors, printers, and external partners to meet production requirements</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><p>·      Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or equivalent practical experience.</p><p>·      2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the luxury or creative industries.</p><p>·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Lightroom, After Effects, and Figma is an advantage.</p><p>·      Strong grasp of design principles including typography, colour theory, composition, and layout.</p><p>·      Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.</p><p>·      A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and a refined design sensibility.</p><p><br></p><p>Interested Candidates can apply here directly or send us your updated profile on jobs@escalader.co.in marking the subject as “<strong> Graphic Designer”</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Escalader Strategic Solutions is a Talent Consulting Company .
