Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Email & Chat Support Associate to join our remote team for a short-term internship. This role is a good fit for anyone who enjoys communication-focused work and wants practical experience handling customer queries through email and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and requests via email and chat in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Follow communication guidelines and quality standards for all interactions
  • Help identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

What We're Looking For
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup
  • Personal laptop and reliable internet connection
