Junior Application Support Analyst - Fresher (WFH)


About the job:

We are looking for a junior application support analyst to join our team remotely from India. This is an entry-level position suitable for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in application support, enterprise software, data management or financial technology. The successful candidate will receive training on our software platform and support processes. No previous application support experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and respond to client support requests through Jira, perform initial investigation and troubleshooting, provide timely updates to clients, and escalate issues to the appropriate technical team where required.
2. Investigate issues relating to data processing and enterprise software workflows, including reviewing data files, system logs, workflow results and configurations to identify potential causes of errors.
3. Support the day-to-day operation of Fencore's enterprise data management platform, including basic configuration, testing, data analysis, documentation and coordination with our implementation and development teams.

Salary:

₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. We are looking for someone who is analytical, reliable and comfortable investigating technical problems. You should have strong written and spoken English, as the role involves communicating with colleagues and clients internationally.
  2. 2. Candidates with a BCA, BSc in computer science, IT, BE, BTech, MCA or similar qualification are preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, databases, APIs, Linux or data analysis would be advantageous.
