Job Overview:

Excelohunt Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in both digital and print design, with a strong portfolio to support it. You'll be responsible for delivering compelling visuals that support brand objectives and resonate with target audiences across multiple platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.

You'll collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to deliver innovative, cohesive design solutions that drive business goals and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

We're looking for someone who is self-driven, research-oriented, and proactive — someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, takes initiative, figures things out independently, and actively leverages AI tools and emerging technologies to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality digital graphics for emails, websites, social media, and other digital platforms, along with creative print materials such as brochures, business cards, and promotional collateral.
  • Execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines, project objectives, and visual identity standards.
  • Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all digital and print channels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Sales) and clients to understand project requirements and deliver effective, cohesive design solutions.
  • Work on internal assignments and projects as per business requirements, supporting various departments with design needs as and when they arise.
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready files in line with technical specifications.
  • Develop and refine branding assets including logos, color schemes, and visual identities, incorporating stakeholder feedback as needed.
  • Apply strong UX/UI principles to create user-centric interfaces and engaging digital experiences.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign proficiently; familiarity with Figma and After Effects is a plus.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Maintain high standards of creativity, innovation, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Organize design files and document processes to support efficient collaboration and seamless project handovers.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders, and adapt work based on feedback.
  • Proactively research and adopt AI-powered design tools (such as generative AI, AI-assisted image editing, automation plugins, etc.) to increase output quality and speed without compromising creativity.
  • Work with a self-sufficient, no-spoonfeeding mindset — independently troubleshoot challenges, explore solutions, and take ownership of tasks without waiting for step-by-step direction.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, accelerate turnaround times, and maximize productivity across projects.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude in evolving project needs.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, typography, color theory, and industry best practices, and pursue ongoing professional development through training and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6 months to 1.5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, branding, and UX/UI projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential.
  • Familiarity with Figma and After Effects is highly desirable.
  • Strong UX/UI design skills and solid understanding of usability principles.
  • Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities, including other internal assignments across departments.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, typography, color theory, and best practices.
  • Actively aware of and curious about AI tools in the design space — willing to explore, learn, and integrate them into daily workflows to boost efficiency and output.
  • Self-research oriented — ability to independently find answers, learn new tools, and solve problems without constant guidance or hand-holding.
  • Proactive and self-motivated — takes initiative, anticipates needs, and moves forward without waiting for direction.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to respond constructively to feedback and changing requirements.
What We Offer:
  • 5 working days per week (3 days Work From Office / 2 days Work From Home).
  • Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
  • Access to the latest design tools and technologies, including AI-powered platforms.
  • A creative, collaborative, and growth-driven work environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.
