What You Will Be Doing

Pickups take place at dark stores across Technopark, and the app confirms each collection before guiding you to the customer. Depending on your hours and the demand in Thiruvananthapuram, monthly earnings for this role range from ₹22,000–₹28,000.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cold or hot items so they stay in good condition until delivery
  • Follow the customer's delivery notes for door or gate handovers
  • Be on time for every pickup assigned during your shift
  • Report missing or damaged items through the app immediately
  • Keep the app updated at store pickup and at customer drop off
  • Park responsibly at pickup and drop off points
  • Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
