Hr Recruiter Job Location: East Delhi (Nirman Vihar,preet vihar ) Exp 2month to 10year Salary will be 12K to 20K Monthly + Attractive incentive. Working Days -: Monday - Saturday Responsibilities: Sourcing & screening the CVs from Portal. Conduct Telephonic Interview. Coordinate with the candidates at the time of interview. Lined up the candidates for final round interview with Regional Head HR Responsible for end to end recruitment services. Sourcing, screening, validating candidates as per client specification. Deliver the revenue goals as planned for the business unit. Front end our engagement with clients and play an active role in growth of accounts. Line up the candidates for the personal interviews, preparing & maintaining the database. Follow-up with the client as well as candidates till their joining. Work within the quality parameters defined. Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate must be having at least 1 -10 year of experience in recruitment. Should be energetic & be keen on interacting with people. Must be able to work on MS Office. Good communication skills and effective convincing capabilities. Must be confident and smart.
