Student Profile Building & Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct in-depth student profiling sessions (academics, extracurriculars, goals)</li><li>Design a <strong>personalized roadmap</strong> for each student (6–18 months horizon)</li><li>Identify gaps and recommend:</li><li>Internships</li><li>Research projects</li><li>Competitions / Olympiads</li><li>Leadership initiatives</li><li>Guide students in building a <strong>spike-based profile</strong> (not generic activities)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Essay Mentorship & Storytelling</strong></p><ul><li>Guide students on:</li><li>Personal Statement (Common App / UCAS / others)</li><li>Supplemental / University-specific essays</li><li>Help students develop <strong>authentic narratives</strong> aligned with their profile</li><li>Review, edit, and refine essays to top-tier quality</li><li>Ensure essays reflect <strong>clarity, depth, and differentiation</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3.
