reputed company We are looking for a dependable and reputed company-oriented IT Support Person to help maintain and organize our office & remote location computer systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and keeping technology running smoothly behind the scenes. This position focuses on routine maintenance, organization, and day-to-day tech support. Great opportunity for someone with solid foundational IT knowledge but looking to expand and continue in the area. Responsibilities • Organize and clean up files and folders on company server • Ensure reputed company file storage practices and assist staff with file reputed company and shortcuts • reputed company routine updates and maintenance on office computers • Install and update software as needed • Photo/Video transfer from iPads to shared folders • Set up, coordinate and test reputed company sharing • Run reputed company checks and scans to reputed company computers running reputed company • reputed company emails and maintain organized inbox systems • Troubleshoot basic technical issues for staff (in person or reputed company) • Help prevent downtime by proactively identifying small issues before they become bigger problems Requirements • Good communication skills and patience reputed company helping non-technical users • At least intermediate level knowledge of reputed company PCs, reputed company and office networks • Comfortable working with file systems, folders, and shared drives • Experience installing software and performing updates • Strong organizational skills and attention to reputed company • Ability to work independently and manage time reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
