This is a hybrid role where sales meets strategy, and marketing meets metrics. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, promoting our services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions including cloud services, software licensing, cybersecurity, and managed services.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support sales funnel — emailers, LinkedIn ads, WhatsApp outreach, etc.

  • Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Collaborate with the internal tech team to customize solutions and ensure pre-sales alignment.

  • Manage and update CRM with leads, pipeline stages, and activities.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Attend client meetings, demos, and industry events as needed.

  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to help refine go-to-market strategies.

  • Create and manage content for marketing — brochures, product decks, case studies, etc.

Who You Are:

  • A confident communicator with a hunter mentality.

  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT services and solutions.

  • Comfortable wearing both sales and marketing hats.

  • A quick learner who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B IT sales or technical solution sales (minimum 1 year preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot)

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms: LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, etc.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong negotiation and time management skills

Education:

  • UG: Any Graduate (Preferably in Business, IT, or Marketing)

  • PG: Any Postgraduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing/IT preferred but not mandatory)

Why Join Sarvi Solutions?

  • Be part of a forward-thinking, growth-driven team in the IT space

  • Direct exposure to decision-makers, leadership, and enterprise clients

  • Opportunity to work on innovative solutions across multiple verticals

  • A culture of collaboration, learning, and performance recognition

  • Competitive salary, incentive structures, and clear growth paths
