Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Tele-calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various recruitment platforms
  • Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
  • Coordinate with candidates through calls and WhatsApp
  • Schedule interviews and conduct regular follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Track candidate status throughout the hiring process
  • Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
Required Skills
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate handling
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment
Eligibility
  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline
  • Freshers can apply
  • Candidates with prior experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Tele-calling / Customer Support will be preferred
  • Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory

Stipend & Incentives For Freshers:
  • First 3 Months: 5,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
