Internal Recruiter/HR Generalist

POSITION reputed company reputed company is looking for an Internal Recruiter/ HR Generalist for a reputed company. The Internal Recruiter / HR Generalist is responsible for managing full-cycle reputed company while also supporting key reputed company functions including reputed company, offboarding, and employee relations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment (reputed company reputed company) • Manage full-cycle reputed company for assigned requisitions, from intake meeting through offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate reputed company. • Write, post, and maintain job announcements across appropriate platforms and job boards. • reputed company and attract candidates using a reputed company of channels, including job boards, reputed company media, reputed company networks, and referrals. • Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Coordinate and facilitate reputed company interviews using behavioral interviewing techniques. • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process to ensure a reputed company experience. • reputed company and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, reputed company-of-hire, and pipeline activity. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking reputed company (ATS).
