We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join a prestigious firm in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-end interior projects, ensuring that our clients' visions are transformed into functional and aesthetically superior environments. Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, floor plans, and mood boards that align with project requirements and client expectations.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction documentation using industry-standard software to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met with the highest standards of quality.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address technical challenges, and ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of design solutions within designated budgets.
  • Research and select high-quality materials, finishes, and furniture pieces that enhance the functionality and value of the space.
  • Present initial design proposals and final concepts to clients, articulating design choices clearly and professionally.
  • Identify potential design hurdles early in the process and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Professional experience ranging from 3 to 8 years in the interior design or architecture sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for drafting and 3D modeling.
  • Strong technical understanding of spatial planning, building codes, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing successful projects in residential or commercial interior design.
