About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads and drive merchant acquisition for an innovative LED Advertising Platform .
The company provides LED panels that are installed at suitable commercial locations, retail outlets, and merchant premises for advertising purposes. Once the LED panel is installed, advertisements can be displayed on the panel, creating a potential monthly revenue opportunity for the location owner.
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for calling and engaging with warm leads, including merchants, retailers, commercial establishments, and other suitable premise owners who are interested in installing LED advertisement panels at their locations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with warm and interested leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Generate and qualify leads from merchants, retailers, commercial establishments, and premise owners.
  • Explain the concept and benefits of installing an LED advertisement panel at their premises.
  • Pitch the potential revenue opportunity generated through advertisements displayed on the installed LED panel.
  • Explain the installation process, commercial terms, and one-time installation charges of ₹11,000 including GST .
  • Clearly communicate the potential monthly revenue opportunity of approximately ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 , subject to advertisement performance and other applicable factors.
  • Understand customer requirements and identify suitable commercial locations for LED panel installation.
  • Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns effectively.
  • Regularly follow up with interested prospects and convert them into successful installations.
  • Coordinate with the concerned internal team for the onboarding and installation process after successful closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
  • Achieve assigned lead generation, conversion, and monthly revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales and should be comfortable handling a target-driven sales role.
The candidate should be confident in pitching business opportunities to merchants and commercial establishments and should have the ability to convince prospects through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
Key Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
Strong experience in lead generation and inside sales
Good sales pitch and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle objections and close leads
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven approach
Experience in B2B, merchant acquisition, advertising, or commercial sales will be preferred
Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management tools
Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home environment
Qualification
Graduate in any stream preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Merchant Acquisition will be preferred.
Compensation
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
Incentives: Additional attractive incentives based on successful lead conversions and closures.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant Inside Sales or Lead Generation experience
Strong communication and sales skills
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
Immediate joiners will be preferred
