About the Role

We are hiring 3 Influencer Marketing Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in influencer research, creator outreach, campaign support, and influencer database management.

This is a paid, full-time internship for candidates who already have a basic understanding of influencer marketing and want to build practical experience in the industry.

Please note: This is an Influencer Marketing role, not a Social Media Management, Graphic Design, or Content Creation role. The primary focus will be influencer research, creator shortlisting, database management, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and scout relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms.
  • Identify and shortlist influencers based on campaign requirements.
  • Build, organize, and maintain influencer databases using Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Collect accurate creator information, including contact details, niche, audience, engagement, and pricing where applicable.
  • Reach out to influencers through email, DMs, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
  • Track outreach, responses, follow-ups, and creator status accurately.
  • Maintain clean, updated influencer records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the Influencer Marketing team with campaign research, outreach, and coordination.

Eligibility

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a basic understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
  • Have a basic understanding of paid, barter, affiliate, and UGC campaigns.
  • Are familiar with Instagram, YouTube, and the creator/influencer ecosystem.
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Have strong internet research skills and attention to detail.
  • Can manage repetitive tasks accurately and stay organized.
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Are available for a full-time internship. Part-time internships will not be considered.

Freshers and students are welcome to apply, provided they already have a basic understanding of influencer marketing.

Preferred

  • Previous internship, project, or hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience with influencer research, creator outreach, or maintaining influencer databases.
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery platforms or CRM tools is an advantage.

Stipend & Opportunity

₹5,000/month — Fixed

High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity based on performance, business requirements, and available openings.
