Ensure a positive, safe, and reliable flight experience for all passengers. Communicate effectively with guests and crew members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight. Maintain accurate records of all inflight services, such as meal and beverage orders, and provide reports to management. Multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure all services are provided on time. Monitor inflight services to ensure all safety protocols are being followed. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience and provide feedback to management.
