Indian Home cooks Recruiter

## Recruiter Needed – Find & Onboard Home Cooks Across the U.S.

**Eatwel** is looking for a strong, hands-on recruiter to help us rapidly build our network of home cooks across the United States.

This is **not just a sourcing role**. We need someone who can **find cooks, speak with them, build trust, overcome objections, and get them fully onboarded.**

### What You’ll Do

* Find home cooks through Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, community organizations, referrals, Craigslist, Indeed, local networks, and other channels

* Reach out directly by phone, text, WhatsApp, and social media

* Explain the Eatwel opportunity clearly

* Qualify cooks for experience, availability, location, and reliability

* Follow up consistently with interested candidates

* **Close cooks and get them through onboarding**

* Build referral networks so existing cooks introduce additional cooks

* Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track conversions

### Who We’re Looking For

You should be:

* Very comfortable making calls and talking to strangers

* Persistent with follow-ups

* Good at building relationships quickly

* Strong at **sales and closing**, not just recruiting

* Resourceful about finding candidates outside traditional job boards

* Organized and comfortable working toward weekly targets

Experience recruiting **chefs, cooks, restaurant workers, caregivers, drivers, hospitality workers, or other hourly/gig workers** is a major plus.

Experience recruiting within **Indian/South Asian communities** is also highly valuable.

### Success Looks Like

We care about one main result:

**Qualified cooks successfully onboarded and ready to take customers.**

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, sales, community outreach, and building something from the ground up.

**To apply:** Send a short introduction describing how you would find 50 qualified home cooks in your first 30 days. Also tell us about any recruiting or sales experience you have.
