Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Pharmacovigilance Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely preparation and submission of regulatory safety reports while supporting global pharmacovigilance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs) and Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
  • Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Analyze safety data to identify trends and evaluate the safety profile of pharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate adverse event reporting.
  • Support regulatory reporting activities and maintain inspection-ready documentation.
  • Provide guidance and training on pharmacovigilance reporting processes.
  • Stay updated with global drug safety regulations and industry best practices.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline such as:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BSc, MSc, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, Clinical Research, or other related healthcare qualifications.

Experience

  • Relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance Reporting or Drug Safety within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research industry.
