HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE JOB PURPOSEHR & Admin Executive provides HR administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.He / She has to carry out Admin functions in order to support smooth functioning of the office. H He / She will take care of the day to day requirement related to administration.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment and SelectionKeeping a complete record both (physical copies and digital data) of all the resumes received from various sources.Contacting candidates who have been shortlisted for personal interview.Organizing and scheduling interviews.Verifying the mandatory documents of candidates before arranging their interviews.Providing job application forms to applicants and ensuring that all the required fields are filled out correctly.Distributing test papers for written exams to non-technical applicants and arranging trade tests for technical applicants.Conducting job interviews on a first-come, first-served basis to prevent unnecessary interruptions during personal interviews.Promptly announcing the interview results after completing all the rounds and advising shortlisted candidates to bring self-attested documents/certificates for verification.Ensuring that all selected candidates undergo a medical test before starting their employment without exceptions.Creating staff personal files in a secure and organized manner.Administration:Answering phone calls and addressing direct walk-in inquiries.Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workplace by coordinating with the housekeeping staff.Keeping the work area, canteen, pantry and restrooms are neat and tidy.Assists in updating of HR database.Keeping records of joining reports from all the departments (Keeping up to date records of all the official documents consist of Medical Reports, Offer Letters,Engagement Letters, BOS forms, Educational Certificates, ID Proofs, Joining Reports, or any other official documents)(Issuing of Employee ID Cards to the new employees, and to existing employees as well in case of loss or damage as per company policy)(Opening of Bank Accounts of new joiners, and deal with the queries and issues about it).Updating of New Employee entries in BOS.PF and ESIC records updating in BOS for new joiners.Any other task as assigned by the reporting authority. (Adhoc work assigned by the Reporting Officer)Employee Engagement:Plan and conduct engagement activities (Assist HR Team/Welfare Officer in conducting engagement activities)Arrangement of basic need/requirement to conduct engagement or welfare activities within the office premises.Follow up with the employees till the end of engagement/welfare activities.Coordinate for PAN India engagement activities.Responsible and accountable for overall quality, safety and security of operations in the assigned area of work.Responsible for reporting to his supervisors occurrences, events, violations and actsthat may affect safety, security and company reputationEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelors in Arts/Commerce from recognized university. Bachelor Degree in any stream.Masters Degree in Business Administration/ PGDM in HR would be an added advantage.RELEVANT EXPERIENCE0-24 Months of experience in HRD. 0-24 months in HR or Administration.PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURSExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills. (Good administrative skills)Positive attitude with the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures. (Should be a team player)Ability to work in a fast passed, constantly changing environmentExcellent personal presentation (Well behaved and self-organized)Should be a quick learner and adaptable in nature.
