HR Operations - Internship (WFH)
About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
2. Support employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and leave management.
3. Prepare offer letters, full & final (FnF) settlements, reports, and other HR documents.
4. Update and maintain employee data in the HR system.
5. Coordinate with employees to ensure HR policies and processes are being followed.
6. Track day-to-day employee productivity and maintain related records.
7. Coordinate with heads of departments for performance review updates.
8. Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
9. Assist with day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
Who can apply:

- can work from 10:30 am - 7:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 10:30 am - 7:30 pm India Standard Time)
- can start the work from home job/internship between 3rd Aug'26 and 7th Sep'26

- 1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 2. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- 3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- 4. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 6. Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, philosophy, social work, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 7. A candidate with internship experience in HR Operations will be preferred
