About the internship:

Are you a motivated individual looking to gain valuable experience in HR and operations? Baud Scientific Resources is seeking a dynamic intern to join our team! As an HR & operations executive intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with company' leadership to support various functions within the company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Manage and update employee records using HRIS (Keka) and Database
3. Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
4. Assist in planning and organizing company events and activities
5. Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office and Excel
6. Assist with budget management and financial planning
7. Maintain effective communication with team members and external stakeholders

If you are proficient in MS Office and Excel, have a strong understanding of HR functions, and enjoy working with data, operations, and business processes, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while building a well-rounded career. Other Requirements:

  3. 3. Experience managing HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, compliance, payroll coordination, and workforce administration
  4. 4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and leadership
