HR Operations Assistant - Fresher (WFH)
About the job:
Key responsibilities:1. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
2. Support employee onboarding, off boarding, attendance, and leave management.
3. Prepare offer letters, full & final (FnF) settlements, reports, and other HR documents.
4. Update and maintain employee data in the HR system.
5. Coordinate with employees to ensure HR policies and processes are being followed.
6. Track day-to-day employee productivity and maintain related records.
7. Coordinate with heads of departments for performance review updates.
8. Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
9. Assist with day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.

- 1. A candidate with internship experience in HR Operations will be preferred.
- 2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 3. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- 4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- 5. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- 6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 7. Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, philosophy, social work, human resources, business administration or related field.
