HR Internship - Gurgaon

Overview

The HR Internship role is an essential part of our organization, providing support to the HR department and gaining valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. The intern will be involved in recruiting activities, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, and other HR-related tasks, contributing to the overall success of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Support in conducting new employee orientation and onboarding activities
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system
  • Participate in HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide support in organizing and maintaining personnel files and HR documents
  • Assist with employee relations activities and grievance handling
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and present findings
  • Assist in creating HR policies and procedures
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects
  • Contribute to the coordination of employee training and development programs

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or done with Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
