What you will actually do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the people function — recruitment support, onboarding, records, and employee-relations handling across teams
  • Run the rolling-intake machinery: pipeline hygiene, interview logistics, and candidate experience at continuous volume
  • Activate surge hiring when large engagements are won — mobilizing the applicant database to staff time-sensitive projects on deadline
