Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate sourcing through job portals and other platforms
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinating interviews and candidate follow-ups
  • Preparing and posting job vacancies
  • Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Assisting the recruitment team in day-to-day HR activities
  • Candidate communication and coordination

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
