HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist

Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag) – Onsite
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: MBA (HR) / Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR or related discipline

About the Role

We're establishing our new Vizag delivery center from the ground up and are looking for a passionate and energetic HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to building a strong workforce while helping shape HR processes and culture from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and corporate positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Support HR operations including attendance, leave management, HRMS updates, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
  • Coordinate induction programs, learning initiatives, training calendars, and organizational development activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management processes, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, recruitment reports, MIS, and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to developing HR processes, policies, and best practices for a growing organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in a blended HR role covering Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities.
  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to employee engagement, HRMS, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), or Performance Management will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
