Role - We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher to join our team in Noida. - The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. - This role is suitable for someone looking to build a strong foundation and career in Human Resources. Responsibilities - Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels. - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls. - Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers. - Support employee onboarding and joining documentation. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Support attendance and leave management. - Help prepare HR letters, reports, and other HR documents. - Address employee HR-related queries and provide timely coordination. - Support employee engagement activities and initiatives. - Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information. - Coordinate with different teams for smooth day-to-day HR activities.
