We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and help us build a strong organizational culture, manage hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring requirements and define job descriptions.

Employee Engagement & Culture Development:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with EveoAI’s vision and values.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances, concerns, and ensure a supportive work environment.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Learning & Development:

  • Identify employee training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance skill development.
  • Organize workshops, mentorship programs, and professional development sessions.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement performance appraisal processes and provide support in goal-setting and feedback sessions.
  • Work closely with managers to track employee performance and provide guidance on improvement plans.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup environment (freshers are welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar) is a plus.
  • Passion for building a strong company culture and enhancing employee experience.
