Role - HOLIDAY SALES CONSULTANT

The Holiday Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, preparing suitable holiday proposals and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is a sales and profit-driven role, not simply a customer-service position. The successful candidate will be expected to maximise conversion, generate revenue, protect margins and deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

 

Candidate Profile / Preference:

• Freshers from YMCA or similar travel institutes who are keen to build a career in the travel industry and have excellent communication skills.

• Candidates with 1 to 2.5 years of experience in travel sales will also be considered.

• Strong communication, sales ability, customer handling and a passion for travel are essential.

 

Salary & Incentives:

• Freshers: 25,000–30,000 per month + incentives. For an outstanding candidate with exceptional communication and sales potential, we can consider up to 35,000 + incentives.

• 1–2 years’ experience: Salary can be offered based on the candidate’s existing salary, with a reasonable hike + incentives, depending on experience and suitability.

• Experienced candidates: Starting from 55,000 + incentives, with flexibility to offer more depending on the candidate’s tenure, experience, proven sales performance and overall value they can bring to the business.

• Since this is a target-driven holiday sales role, the incentive structure will be an important part of the overall earning potential.

Working Hours:

• Female candidates: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• ‍Male candidates: not later than 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break

 

Working Days: 6 days a week

• Approximately 80% chat leads

• Approximately 2
