  • Hands-on experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
  • Experience documenting requirements using JIRA, user stories, acceptance criteria, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in documenting semantic definitions, metric logic, and business knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand business context, data structures, and analytical requirements.
  • Ability to produce clear, actionable analysis with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Strong ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with semantic layers, KPI frameworks, or data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with business glossaries, data catalogs, or knowledge management practices.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a business-oriented Data Analyst who can work independently, ask the right questions, and turn complex data into insights that stakeholders can understand and act upon. Strong communication, documentation, and analytical thinking are just as important as technical SQL and BI skills.
