Role Description

We are looking for a driven, resourceful and independent individual to join the team as a Part-Time Enrolment Support Specialist at Write Edge. The Enrolment team works closely with the Head of Operations to manage student enrolment and enhance customer experience. We also support initiatives, events and operational projects that strengthen our business processes and growth in the Hong Kong market.

As a Part-Time Enrolment Support Specialist, you will collaborate with the Enrolment Specialist and Customer Relations teams to support student enrolment and customer engagement. You will manage enquiries, registrations and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective students and parents.

Your contributions will help maintain and improve operational processes while supporting enrolment growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Resilience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong administrative and tech-savvy skills, with proficiency in Google Suite.

  • Strong Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential for handling enquiries professionally, guiding prospective students through the enrolment process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
  • Customer Service Orientation – Customer-centric mindset with active listening, empathy and responsiveness to student and parent needs. Ability to resolve queries and concerns with professionalism and patience.
  • Attention to Detail and Organisational Skills – Accuracy in managing registration details, maintaining records and ensuring timely follow-ups. Strong organisational skills to handle multiple enquiries and tasks efficiently.
