Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients professionally.
  • Manage appointments, schedules and patient follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists and other clinic departments.
  • Support billing, payment collection and basic documentation.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinic data.
  • Ensure proper communication and smooth patient flow.
  • Handle patient concerns politely and professionally.
  • Maintain front desk appearance and overall hospitality standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Presentable, confident and well-groomed personality.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Customer service or front desk experience in a clinic, hospital, salon, hospitality or service industry will be preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication and personality may also apply.
