Job Description:

Costing Engineer
Location: Noida, Delhi.
Reports To: Project Manager / Estimation Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Costing and Estimation Engineer
to support the project bidding and execution phases. The role involves preparing accurate cost
estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining
profitability and compliance with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
· Review tender documents, drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs to understand
project scope and requirements.
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, subcontracting, and overheads.
· Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations to determine best pricing and delivery
terms.
· Work closely with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and
complete costing.
· Develop and maintain a cost database for standard components and previous project
benchmarks.
· Assist in preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
· Analyse project risks and include contingency factors in cost estimates.
· Participate in project handover meetings, supporting the execution team with estimation
insights.
· Monitor actual costs vs. estimated costs and identify variances for future improvement.
· Maintain records of tenders submitted, outcomes, and lessons learned.
· Deep Knowledge in Working & Costing of Electrical, VFD and Control Panel
· Experience and Working Of DCS, PLC and RIIO Panel

Salary - 4lpa to 7lpa
