Hiring Female Sales, Customer Experience & Delivery Executive

Your role will involve working across different parts of the business, including:

Delivery & Operations

  • Coordinate daily food orders, kitchens and delivery partners.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle delivery-related issues and coordinate quick resolutions.
  • Maintain daily operational records.
  • Coordinate with chefs, kitchens, delivery partners and customers.
Sales & Business Development
  • Contact potential customers and generate new leads.
  • Explain our meal plans, subscriptions and food solutions.
  • Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into customers.
  • Approach companies, offices and HR teams for corporate food requirements.
  • Maintain lead and follow-up records.
  • Support customer acquisition and business growth.
Customer Support
  • Respond to customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
  • Help customers with menus, subscriptions, pricing and orders.
  • Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchens and delivery teams when problems occur.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals and repeat orders.
  • Ensure customers receive timely and helpful responses.
