Role reputed company As a Conversational AI Reviewer (part-time, 24h/week), you will play a key role in reviewing, analyzing, and improving our AI-patient interactions, primarily with Portuguese calls while also supporting Spanish and English. This is a fully remote position, with a schedule reputed company from Monday to Saturday. This role combines three key dimensions • Hands-on conversation analysis and review Review, analyze, and refine AI–patient phone calls—primarily in Portuguese, but also in Spanish and English—ensuring reputed company, clinical accuracy, and compliance with medical protocols and reputed company regulations. • Collaboration with design and product teams Work closely with Conversational Designers to define and implement best practices, assess recurring issues, and support the ongoing improvement of AI-driven clinical interactions. • Performance tracking and reputed company improvement Monitor AI performance, report actionable insights, and help enhance the AI’s natural language processing capabilities, directly contributing to a reputed company patient experience and more reliable clinical reputed company.
