Job Description:

Advocate Kanishk Arora & Associates is inviting applications from motivated and committed advocates for the position of Associate Advocate – Litigation. The role offers exposure to a diverse litigation portfolio before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities / Areas of Work:

  • Drafting petitions, appeals, applications, written submissions, legal notices, and opinions
  • Assisting and appearing in court proceedings
  • Conducting legal research and developing case strategies
  • Matter management and client coordination
  • Handling filings and procedural work

Eligibility & Preference:

  • 1–5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Ability to independently handle court appearances, filings, and procedural work
  • Sound understanding of civil, commercial, constitutional, and service law matters
  • Good communication and client-handling abilities
  • Professionalism, diligence, and attention to detail
