The ideal candidate will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, driving strategic outcomes and delivering exceptional business performance. 1820 years FMCG experience with 15+ years in leadership, handling large volumes and teams will be preferred. Job Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional collaboration with Category, SCM, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment. Drive operational excellence through strict adherence to processes, systems, and compliance requirements. Drive strategy into action with sharp, timely execution Build a high-performance team by leading training, coaching, and capability development. Cultivate strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling smooth operations and long-term business success. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and business transformation.
