Head of Brand

<p>Nestasia is looking for a Head of Branding who will have the end-to-end responsibility of analyzing our brand positioning, own the brand campaigns, plan & execute 360- marketing campaigns for Nestasia and gather consumer insights in order to shape and communicate our vision and mission and translate brand elements into strategies. Nestasia aims to provide a very wide assortment of new and unique products to customers at affordable prices. The brand manager has to monitor and manage brand value, processes and experience in the assigned space.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><p>•PLAN digital media for campaigns (brand and media calendar, budgeting, projections, growth)</p><p>•CREATE effective strategies and actionable, PR stories that can make Nestasia stand-out as a destination for home</p><p>•DRIVE brand initiatives with external organizations and execute campaigns</p><p>•EVALUATE / monitor campaign performance</p><p>•COMMUNICATE effectively the brand persona and own all brand communication and brand positioning</p><p>•COMMUNITY Building and consumer love, draw consumer insights</p><p>•SOCIAL Media presence and growth including Influencer marketing</p><p>•PARTNER with agencies/brands and carry out product integration and strategic partnerships</p><p>•TRACK market trends and competitor portfolio, trend analysis across consumer behavior, target market, industry scenario</p><p>•RESEARCH new opportunities, white spaces for new product development</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>•Excellent communication and analytical skills</p><p>•Should have attention to details</p><p>•Experience in brand management for FMCG sector/company will be a plus point.</p><p>•Should have good work ethics and calm attitude</p><p>•6-8 years marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed.</p><p>•Worked on 360- marketing campaigns</p><p>•Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/ external agencies including creative</p><p>•Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation</p><p>•Strong creative sensibilities</p><p>•High ownership and passion</p><p>•Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines</p>
