Growth & Operations - Travel Startup - NIIT/NSIT/IIT/BITS & TOP DU COLLEGE STUDENT ONLY - Internship

About the internship:

We are an early-stage travel startup in stealth mode, building experiences designed specifically for travellers aged 50+. We believe the best years of exploration don't end at retirement and that travel should become easier, more comfortable, and more meaningful with age not more difficult.

India's 50+ population is growing rapidly, yet travel continues to be designed primarily for younger audiences. We believe this is one of the most exciting and underserved consumer categories of the coming decade, and early traction has only strengthened that belief.

The founder has spent over a decade building and scaling startups from zero to one across healthcare and consumer sectors, including launching multiple ventures through a venture studio model.

As one of the earliest team members, you'll work directly with the founder and help build the company from the ground up.

The Role:

We're looking for a smart, energetic, and entrepreneurial generalist who loves building from the ground up. Your mission is simple: generate demand, acquire customers, and help plan and deliver exceptional travel experiences.

This isn't a conventional internship. There are no playbooks or narrowly defined responsibilities. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and consistently does more than what's expected whether in college, at work, or through something you've built yourself.

You'll work across the business from creating marketing campaigns and reaching out to communities to speaking with travellers, coordinating with partners, and travelling with groups to ensure every journey runs seamlessly.

We need someone with real hunger not just ambition on paper. Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and figures things out when there is no playbook. This is a 3- to 6-month full-time paid internship (5 days a week), with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance and mutual fit.
