Growth Manager - Campaigns & Analytics Paytm Money is building the next generation of wealth management and investment products for India. As a Growth, Process & Data Specialist at the, you will sit at the intersection of analytics, CRM, and growth strategy - owning the data infrastructure and intelligence layer that powers our user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role where you will independently drive cohort analytics, campaign attribution, CLTV modelling, and business review reporting, while acting as the primary bridge between the CRM and Data teams. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end cohort analytics across the user lifecycle - acquisition, activation, engagement, and churn - and translate insights into actionable growth strategiesDesign and maintain user scoring models (engagement, propensity-to-invest, churn risk) to enable intelligent segmentation and personalised CRM campaignsBuild and manage data pipelines and Looker Studio dashboards to provide self-serve reporting for growth, CRM, and leadership teamsDevelop and iterate on multi-touch campaign attribution models and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) frameworks to measure ROI and guide retention investmentDefine audience segments, trigger logic, and data contracts for CRM automation tools (Seller Panel / CleverTap or equivalent) to enable precise, data-driven campaign executionCreate and own structured PowerPoint decks for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews - synthesising data into crisp narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersDrive standardised processes for campaign planning, data QA, A/B test design, and performance reporting across the growth function Who We're Looking For 3–6 years of experience in growth analytics, CRM analytics, or a data specialist role, preferably in fintech, consumer internet, or BFSI Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL & dashboards, with demonstrated experience building cohort analyses, funnel analytics, and behavioural segmentation models Experience with BI and visualisation tools - Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent - and the ability to build leadership-ready dashboards independently Good understanding of stock markets, investment products (equities, mutual funds, derivatives), and investor behaviour - essential to contextualise growth metrics within Paytm Money's product ecosystem. Proven ability to build and present structured, insight-driven PowerPoint decks for senior stakeholders and business reviews. Graduate from a reputed institution, or equivalent practical experience in a high-growth startupPrior experience in a fintech or wealth-tech environment with working knowledge of CRM platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar) is strongly preferred
