Check us out on LinkedIn | Instagram | YouTube | Website ## About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Lead to own the school sales journey end-to-end from identifying and approaching schools to pitching, negotiating, closing, and managing after-sales relationships. You’ll be selling our career simulation software for students for Grades 8–12. The focus will be to onboard 40+ schools in Pune and Mumbai region with ₹1L+ annual fees with minimum 200 students across Grades 8–10 in each school. You’ll be the first member of our sales team, making this a highly hands-on role. If you’re looking to manage a sales team rather than build the sales function yourself, this role isn’t for you. ## Key Responsibilities - Identify and build a pipeline of relevant schools across Mumbai and Pune. - Own the end-to-end sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding. - Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership and key decision-makers. - Conduct product demos and communicate the value of Decoding Me effectively. - Drive school partnerships and achieve defined onboarding and revenue targets. - Manage after-sales relationships and ensure successful implementation and adoption. - Build the sales function from the ground up as the first sales team member. - Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance systematically. ## Requirements - Experience: 5+ years of experience in selling solutions to schools with fees of 1lakh+ in Pune & Mumbai region (non-negotiable) - Education: No fuss about educational qualifications. ## Compensation & Benefits - CTC: 23 - 35 LPA (Fixed: 12LPA + First Sale Closure Incentives + Lifetime Incentive) - Earn a percentage of revenue from every school you onboard, with lifetime recurring commissions on all revenue generated from the schools you bring in, for as long as you are associated with us. - Period Leave (for female employees): One day of non-transferable period leave every month for female employees (unless it coincides with long holidays or weekends and you choose to be honest about it) - Paid Leaves: Unlimited paid leaves. - Commitment: We hope you’ll fall in love with the impact and money you’re making and stay forever :) ## Location & Work Mode - Job Location: Pune/Mumbai - Job Type: Full-time
