Growth & Inside Sales Specialist Meta Ads + Parent Calling & Trial Conversions

About the Project:PurvTutor (purvtutor.com) is a live K-12 online tutoring and instant 1-on-1 doubt-solving platform (connecting school students in Classes 6–12 to expert tutors in under 60 seconds).We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Inside Sales Specialist who can manage both parts of our customer acquisition:1. Running paid Meta Ads to generate parent leads.2. Directly calling those parent leads to book free doubt trials and convert them into paying monthly subscriptions.Scope of Work:PART 1: Performance Marketing & Lead Generation- Set up and manage Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) targeting students (Class 6–12) and their parents (CBSE/ICSE).- Generate incoming parent leads (Name, Phone Number, Child's Class, Subject needs) via Meta Instant Forms and WhatsApp.- Monitor and optimize daily Cost Per Lead (CPL).PART 2: Parent Calling & Sales Conversion- Immediately call incoming parent leads (within 5–15 minutes of form submission).- Explain how PurvTutor solves their child's exam anxiety with instant 60-second doubt solving.- Guide the student/parent to take their first free doubt-solving trial.- Follow up after the trial and close monthly tutoring/doubt subscriptions.Requirements:- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads).- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English with a persuasive, polite tele-calling manner.- Past experience in EdTech sales, B2C inside sales, or tele-calling parents/students is strongly preferred.- High energy and target-driven mindset.Compensation:- Fixed Monthly Retainer: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 / month- Additional Sales Incentive: Extra bonus/commission for every paid student subscription closed!- Note: Ad spend budget will be paid separately by the company.To Apply:Please mention your past experience in both running ads and closing sales on calls.
