Job Details Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work from Office Location: Technopark, Trivandrum Working Days: Monday to Friday Shift: UK Shift (12:30 PM 9:30 PM / 1:30 PM 10:30 PM) About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, making outbound calls, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and managing leads throughout the sales cycle. This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and are passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. - Respond to client enquiries via phone and email. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services. - Schedule meetings and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. - Build strong relationships with prospective clients. - Maintain accurate lead records using CRM software. - Follow up consistently to maximise conversions. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience. - Participate in regular product and sales training sessions. - Ensure confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies. - Identify current business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound or outbound phone sales. - Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory). - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and services. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. - Experience using CRM software will be an added advantage.
