Job Description We are searching for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the visual communication of our brand across various media. You will develop innovative and engaging graphic design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Responsibilities - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives. - Translate strategic direction into high-quality visual concepts for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social media. - Develop creative concepts and produce final designs for logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, presentations, packaging, and other visual assets. - Select and use appropriate colors, fonts, imagery, and layouts to create visually appealing and on-brand designs. - Utilize design software to create and edit graphics. - Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices. - Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and revise designs. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently. - Maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow. Skills And Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment. - Proficiency in relevant design software. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition. - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. - Adaptability and willingness to learn current techniques and technologies to enhance design capabilities. - Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus. Bonus Points - Experience with web design and user experience (UX) principles. - Knowledge of motion graphics or animation a plus. - Experience working within brand guidelines. - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) a plus. .
